This is our team's tool for managing accounts, tracking customer conversations, and running campaigns. A few things to know:
Tier 1, 2, 3 accounts have different contact cadences (14, 30, 90 days). Overdue accounts surface on Home automatically.
Tasks capture specific work — assigned to a person, with a due date and an outcome when complete.
Campaigns are batch tasks across many accounts (like a fall-off retention push). They get tracked separately in Reports.
Settings → Data lets you export to CSV any time, or clear the demo data when you're ready to use real data.
The current demo data is sample accounts, not real ones. Clear it from Settings when you're ready.
